Fuller Youth Institute (FYI) is a program of Fuller Theological Seminary. FYI is a research, training and publishing organization specializing in youth ministry. Of particular importance to congregations is the research arm of FYI, which continuously assesses the needs and issues of contemporary youth. The Sticky Faith series is based on research from Fuller Youth Institute and ministry with teens in the transitional years of high school and college. It specifically looks at those who had active faith backgrounds and what kept them engaged or caused them to become disengaged with their faith development. Much is learned from comments by students and anecdotal stories that authentically state the challenges and rewards in maintaining fidelity to faith.
