It simply addresses issues such as contributions, expense reporting and a variety of other topics. It includes many sample policies and board resolutions to help you meet regulatory requirements where they may be applicable.

This is an annual reference guide that is written in a way that will be helpful to ministers and churches dealing with ministerial tax issues. ECFA was formed nearly 40 years ago to help ministries adhere to accountability standards voluntarily rather than requiring legislation to provide oversight. Over the years, they have provided invaluable resources and education opportunities. This year, they launched a site specific for churches. The subscription cost is minimal, and it provides a valuable collection of documents, most of which are accessible in original form to be personalized for your organization.

The Church Network is an interdenominational organization that provides training, up-to-date information of value to congregations, a church administrator certification and an annual conference with networking and learning opportunities. Many valuable resources are available on their website.
