Though spring in Indiana is in bloom, this past winter left quite an impression on most Indiana residents. Winter’s cold and the inevitable arrival of summer’s heat are helpful reminders of stewardship – related to our congregational buildings, as well as our homes.
Who doesn’t need a little savings tip? On Thursday, May 22, you can attend a practical workshop in Columbus where participants will, among other things, learn to develop a plan to save significant energy in their houses of worship and reduce their building’s energy use by 25% to 40%. Participants will also learn to engage at least a third of their members to reduce energy use by 1/7 or more.
